We truly believe in customer satisfaction. That’s why we stand behind our promise to accept unopened items from you, within 15 days of purchase, if you’re not completely satisfied.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
1. Untampered, unopened, and still have the original plastic seal.
2. Returned within 15 days of original purchase date.
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened items.

THE NOT SO GOOD NEWS
All returns will incur a $9 restocking fee.
Please be aware that this fee is NOT punishment for returning items purchased from us. When we send items to our customers, we incur various fees, such as shipping and handling. The restocking fee covers the portion of the expenses incurred during the fulfillment process.
Be aware that refunds can take up to 30 days to reflect on your account.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We apologize for any damaged items you receive. Although we try our best to make sure items arrive to you in its original condition, accidents do happen. Please contact us immediately so we are able to send you a replacement.
